Take the guard out of the pack, unfold it, tear the perforated paper connecting the sides and straighten the guard.
Before attaching the guard to the underwear, peel off all paper elements that protect the adhesive strips on the outer layer of the guard – one strip alongside and two on the sides at the top.
Place the guard inside the underwear with the adhesive strips down and the wider side of the guard to the front.
Once the guard is in place, put on your underwear as usual.
Make sure that the guard is in the right place, fits well and is not bent. Correct if necessary.

NOTE: Do not use the guards with loose, boxer-short type underwear.

Do not dispose of the guard into the toilet after use – put it in a bin.
