Pull down the supporting pants to mid-thigh. Activate the product before putting it on. Put the activated anatomically shaped pad between the legs – absorbent side up.

Notice for the carer: You can fix the pad on from the front, or from the back – choose the method which is more comfortable in a given situation in order not to strain your back. Make sure the person you look after has somewhere to lean on – it can be a cupboard or a washbasin. The person you look after can help you fix the pad in place by holding it on the abdomen from the front.

Adjust the anatomically shaped pad from the front and back, making sure it fits close to the body. Make sure the pad fits well in the crotch. Pull up the supporting pants holding the pad in place.

Notice for the carer: Make sure that the wetness indicator is aligned with the spine.

After pulling up the pants adjust the anatomically shaped pad and make sure it fits well, and that the edges are not folded in. Roll up the used pad and put it in a bin. Do not dispose of the used product into the toilet.

Turn the person to one side, and after taking care of the hygiene, place the activated anatomically shaped pad between the legs with the absorbent side up.

Note: The wide part of the pad is the back, and the narrow part is the front. You can fix the pad on from the front, or from the back – choose the method which is more comfortable in a given situation in order not to strain your back.

Unfold the back of the anatomically shaped pad to ensure it fits well, and make sure that the wetness indicator is aligned with the spine. Pull up the pants from the back. Take out the front of the anatomically shaped pad from the front and fit it on the crotch. Roll the person on the back and pull up the supporting pants gently lifting him or her by the sides. Roll up the used pad and put it in a bin. Do not dispose of the used product into the toilet.
